From Me To You...

For those of you reading this blog that are new to fitness, or who are seasoned gym bunnies but ever eager to read up, I will be putting out some 'Need To Know' posts on what I think are key topics in health, fitness and nutrition. 

From the low down on resistance training to eating for exercise to reducing the effects of DOMs these posts will hopefully leave you with more confidence and knowledge to get the most out of your workouts and ultimately, to reach your goals. 

First up I put to rest the ridiculous notion that women who lift weights are destined to look like the She-Hulk, stay tuned...
