Personal Training Services

Before signing up with me I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This gives us the chance to discuss your past and current fitness levels, your health and fitness goals for the future and for me to answer any questions or concerns you may have. This will also give us the opportunity to talk about the type of training programme you are looking for and how you can fit our sessions into your life.

Subsequent sessions are 1-2-1 offering you a personalised and effective workout based on your individual profile (to include your goals, fitness levels and capability and your lifestyle)


If you're simply interested in nutritional practices and turning healthy habits into lifelong changes, then I also offer online guidance.

This programme is perfect if you're already putting in considerable effort at the gym but still aren't seeing the results you'd like or if you are confused by all of the tales and claims we've seen in the media over recent times and simply want to kickstart your campaign to a healthier you. I can help you sort the fact from the fad and make simple, small changes that over a period of time will make all the different to your health and wellbeing.
