Potassium from the banana
Fibre from the oats
Vitamin C from the orange
Calcium and protein from the milk
Healthy fats and vitamins from the peanut butter, flaxseeds and chia seeds

Cheeky Monkey Smoothie
Serves 1

Juice of 1 large orange
100ml milk
25g oats
½ tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxseeds
150g frozen banana
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

  1. Add all ingredients to the mixer and blitz until smooth and creamy!
  2. Drink and enjoy immediately or pop into a suitable, airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 day
