you’re new to fitness, looking for guidance and fresh ideas or need that extra
push to keep motivated, then there's no time like the present.
I want to
share my passion and enthusiasm for health, fitness and wellbeing with you and show
you that getting fit and healthy can be fun. Getting and keeping fit shouldn’t be
a chore, it can be enjoyable and social and will soon be part of your everyday.
I currently work inside of PureGym, Derby but also offer 1-2-1 or partner training sessions showing you how to use your environment – be
it your home, garden or local park – to your advantage. Programmes include
functional fitness exercises, body weight movements and use of accessible
equipment to prove that you don’t necessarily need a fancy gym membership for effective
training.
